Ways of Giving to the Montessori School of Syracuse

A tradition of giving back to the community is deeply woven into the fabric of the Montessori School of Syracuse. This philanthropic spirit carries through each gift made to the school. When considering your gift to the Montessori School of Syracuse in support of the Annual Fund, Scholarships, Endowment, or other key fundraising initiatives please know that you may make your gift in the following ways:

Outright Gifts

Pledges

A common way to contribute to the Annual Fund is through a pledge with payment spread out over the school year or perhaps longer. Installments for each pledge are designated by the donor, and may be altered at any time.

Securities

Appreciated securities are an excellent asset to use in making a charitable deduction for the fair market value of the appreciated securities. Please contact David Dunn, president of the Board at the Montessori School of Syracuse, for proper transfer and handling instructions.

Matching Gifts

Corporate matching gift programs help employees maximize their philanthropic contributions. Such gifts are a great opportunity for donors to double or even triple the amount of their contribution. Consult your company’s Human Resources department to find out if gifts to the Montessori School of Syracuse qualify.
